A Chef by profession and foodie by passion, Chef Gaurav Kumar Mathur has been associated with the food industry for over a decade, during which he has honed his skills in the culinary art. His remarkable expertise has been inculcated knowledgeably through his vast experience in companies like ITC Hotels – A Luxury Collection in different capacities, Corporate Chef for Select Group, Corporate Chef for Asha’s Restaurant International. He has mastered the art of cooking various regional and international cuisines.

He is also a “Six Sigma- Green Belt” certified Chef with over 15 years of progressive experience cultivating every aspect of food service operation and management, including building guests’ relationship, menu planning, event planning, purchasing, recruiting and staffing.

Chef Gaurav Mathur,boasts of more than a decade of experience with various ITC Hotels all over India. He was instrumental in leading a team of chefs for the World Economic Forum in Switzerland.

Not an alien to serving VIPs, Chef has used his culinary magic for Gods of Cricket at the Indian Premier League for the past 8 years. His guest list ranges from celebrities to heads of state like the Former PM, Shri. Manmohan Singh, The Ambani family, Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Mr. Sanjeev Goenka, Mr. Pratap Reddy, Ms. Martina Hingis, Mr. Amitabh Bachhan, Mr. Sachin Tendulkar, Mr. Shahrukh Khan – to name a few.

With his disarming persona and friendly demeanor, he is quite adept at curating a truly gastronomical evening for guests.
